Chinese Cabbage

Approx. 9,000 sd/oz. Packet plants 25' of row; 1/4 oz sows 100'. Sow 1/4" deep, 12-24" apart in rows 24-36" apart. Seeds germinate in about 10 days. For spring harvest, transplant seedlings with 5-7 true leaves raised at 73° F during the day and 53° F at night. Bolting may result from low temperatures of below 40° F for one week or below 50° F for two weeks. Days to maturity are from transplant.
